As a graduate of Kean University, with a B.S. in Exercise Science, a certified personal trainer, and a CPR instructor, I bring my passion for health and well being to StretchLab. I have been in the sports health fitness scene for the last 6 years. I have a degree in exercise science with a background as a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer. I’ve always had a fascination with how the human body works as well as a passion for helping people, so I combined those two inspirations together. Outside of the health fitness world I am a down to earth person who loves to have fun and I’m a strong believer in “ You can’t say you don’t like something until you’ve tried it “.
